Garden Route and Lesotho Tour

Day 01 Cultural Cape Town - Stellenbosch

We begin our tour with a cultural exploration of Cape Town from District Six, to the informal settlements of Langa and Khayelitsha, where traditional healers and shebeens add to the rich culture of township life. Whilst the townships are often the sites of poverty, they are also places of vibrancy and creativity. The cultural tour is operated by a local Cape Town provider and therefore this Activity Package item will be operated in smaller vehicles.

If you are participating in the Cultural Tour, you will be collected from the Cape Town City Centre office at 08:00 and will join up with your truck and crew in Cape Town after your tour. We will then make our way to the Stellenbosch region, where you will enjoy a wine and cheese tasting at one of the local wine farms. After our cheese and wine tasting, we will make our way to the town of Stellenbosch, where you can enjoy lunch in one of the many restaurants and will have time to explore this vibrant university town.
